Welcome to Clipora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clipora website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Clipora, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Clipora is a platform that allows users to create interactive, vertical stories with embedded call-to-action buttons for sharing via bio links. Our Service includes:
- Story creation tools for videos and images
- Drag-and-drop CTA positioning and customization
- Analytics and performance tracking
- Public story hosting at clipora.bio/@username
- Account management and billing features
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Termination

5. Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Pro, and Creator subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page.
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day refund policy for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with our Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Clipora Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Clipora, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.
Respect for Others' Rights
You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at team@clipora.app with:
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information
- Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement that the information is accurate
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
8. Disclaimers
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Mux, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.
User Content
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipora, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data breaches
- Costs of substitute services
- Any damages arising from use of the Service
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipora, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content or activities on the platform
- Your violation of any rights of others
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims disputes and intellectual property disputes.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending email notifications for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- We may delete your account and content
